After-Sales Policy
(Effective Date: May 5th, 2025 Last modified: April 30th, 2025)
1. Returns & Refunds
1.1 Eligibility
- 14-Day Return Window: Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, unassembled, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns initiated after 14 days of delivery are strictly disallowed.
- Defective Products:
- Claims for defects (e.g., material flaws, manufacturing errors) must be submitted within 7 days of delivery via the Support Portal, accompanied by time-stamped photos/videos proving the defect occurred prior to use.
- Seller reserves the right to reject claims lacking sufficient evidence or resulting from buyer negligence (e.g., improper assembly, exposure to conditions exceeding product specifications).
1.2 Process
- Pre-Approval Required: All returns require prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused, and shipping costs will be billed to the buyer.
- Return Shipping Costs: Buyer bears 100% of return shipping fees, including customs duties and taxes. No prepaid labels are issued except for verified manufacturing defects.
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
1.3 Non-Returnable Items
- Customized products (e.g., branded logos, bespoke sizing);
- Software-integrated items (e.g., IoT-enabled tent systems);
- Clearance/seasonal products marked “Final Sale”.
2. Warranty Terms
2.1 Limited Warranty
- 90-Day Warranty: Covers verified manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. Cosmetic imperfections (e.g., minor stitching variations) are excluded.
- Warranty Claims:
- Buyer must provide proof of purchase and defect evidence (e.g., laboratory test reports for material degradation).
- Seller may elect to repair, replace, or refund at its sole discretion. Replacement parts may be refurbished or functionally equivalent.
2.2 Exclusions
- Damage from misuse, improper storage, accidents, or unauthorized modifications;
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., UV fading, zipper stiffness from dirt accumulation);
- Acts of nature (e.g., storms, floods) or lack of routine maintenance.
2.3 Warranty Repairs
- Buyer is responsible for shipping costs to designated repair centers. Seller covers return shipping only if the defect is validated.
3. Shipping & Liability
- Delivery Risks: Buyer assumes all risks of loss/damage once the product leaves Seller’s warehouse. Claims for carrier-related damage must be filed directly with the shipping provider.
- Customs & Taxes: Buyer is solely responsible for import duties, taxes, and compliance with local regulations. Failure to clear customs does not qualify for refunds.
4. Dispute Resolution
- Binding Arbitration: All disputes are subject to arbitration in Seller’s Jurisdiction under local Laws and related regulations. Class-action lawsuits are waived.
- Claim Limitations: Buyer forfeits all claims if not reported in writing within 30 days of delivery.
5. Policy Modifications
6. Transparency & Trust
- Clear Product Guides: Setup tutorials and care instructions available on the website.
- Review-Driven Improvements: Customer feedback is actively reviewed to update product designs and policies.
